SUMMARY:THIS SATURDAY - OA War Memorial Service and Mass - Ramsgate
DESCRIPTION:On Saturday 28th September 2019 at 1.00pm the Society of Old Au
 gustinians will be unveiling the new Old Augustinian War Memorial&nbsp\;in
  honour of the Old Boys who fell in World Wars One and Two. It is appropri
 ate that we should unveil this new Memorial during the month of the 80th A
 nniversary of the outbreak of World War Two.&nbsp\;\n\nWe are delighted&nb
 sp\; that the Old Augustinian\, Lt. Col. Paddy Williams MC\, Commanding Of
 ficer of Her Majesty's Horseguards\, will unveil the Plaque in St. Augusti
 ne's Church.&nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\;\n\nDecorations may be 
 worn and for those in the services\, uniforms may be worn too.\n\nA specia
 l Mass will be held at St. Augustine's Church\, St. Augustine's Road\, Ram
 sgate\, Kent. CT11 9NZ at 1.00pm to remember those who gave their lives an
 d to remember Old Augustinians - students and teachers - who have died in 
 the past 12 months\, including our President\, Martin Morton and a popular
  teacher\, Tom Mitchell. The new plaque will be unveiled and blessed after
  the Mass.\n\nRefreshments will be served in the Cartoon Room in the groun
 ds of The Grange after the Ceremony.\n\nAll OA's\, friends and guests are
