The annual Old Augustinians Mass of Remembrance takes place on Saturday 8th November 2025 at 12 noon at St. Augustine's Abbey Church, Ramsgate and we very much hope you can attend this annual event to remember those OAs who gave their lives in the two World Wars.

As in previous years we are delighted to have invited Students from the Ursuline College to read out the Roll of Honour of those Old Augustinians who attended our School in Ramsgate and who fell in World Wars One and Two. Many students from the school visited War graves in Ypres last June and laid wreaths at some of the graves of OAs.

After the final blessing there will be the Blessings of Graves and the Laying of the Wreath at the OA War Memorial with prayers and a blessing. At the end of the service all are welcome to light refreshments in the Cartoon Room in the grounds of the Grange. Presentation of Gits will be presented to the new Parish Priest for Ramsgate and Minster, Fr. Jonathan Routh in aid of the St. Augustine's Visitor Centre.

To cover our costs, we are asking for a voluntary donation of £20 or whatever you can afford. Please click the Donate button to the website for our bank details. Please mark your online donation with your name and "Remembrance" as a reference, thank you.

For those who wish to, you are welcome to join us for lunch afterwards at Il Tricolore, Italian Restaurant, Ramsgate CT11 8HA. If you would like to come, please see the Menu on their website: www.iltricoloreramsgate.co.uk and let Richard know your Menu Choices. His email is: oldaugustiniansevents@gmail.com - so we can give numbers and Menu Choices to the Restaurant by Friday 31st October 2025. We shall just pay for ourselves.

We do hope you can join us on this special day.
