We very much regret to inform you that we have received news that Simone Marella died of a sudden heart attack last Wednesday night 13th April.
Simone and his family hosted our Autumn lunch at their restaurant, Bistro Benito in Earls Court, London for some years. Such a generous person and a regular at our events - he was present at the Westgate lunch in September, he was always such great company. We will inform all OAs of the funeral arrangements as soon as details are available.
